§25C‑13.  Warranties.

(a)        Whenever an artdealer discloses information as required by G.S. 25C‑11, such informationshall be a part of the basis of the bargain and shall create express warrantiesas to the information so provided.

(b)        When information isnot disclosed as required by G.S. 25C‑11, such nondisclosure shallconstitute an express warranty that such information is not required to bedisclosed.

(c)        Evidence of awarranty made in accordance with this Article shall be prima facieevidence of reliance upon the warranty. (1989, c. 464, s. 1.)
