§28A‑10‑3. Statement of account; record of conduct.
When the personalrepresentative files his petition requesting permission to resign his office,he shall also file a verified statement of:
(1) His accounts sincehis qualification, or if he has previously filed an account, a statement of hisaccounts since the date thereof;
(2) The assets of theestate and their location;
(3) The debts andliabilities of the estate;
(4) All facts andcircumstances known to him the disclosure of which is necessary for a full andfair assessment of his conduct of the office; and
(5) All additional factsand circumstances known to him the disclosure of which is necessary for a fulland fair understanding of all matters concerning the estate. (1973,c. 1329, s. 3.)
