§28A‑14‑1.1.  Validation of certain notices.

(a)        Any notice tocreditors published or posted under G.S. 28A‑14‑1 which did not, inthe advertisement, name the day after which claims could not be presented isvalidated.

(b)        This sectionapplies to all notices published and posted between October 1, 1975, andJanuary 1, 1991, except that it does not affect any pending litigation or anylitigation instituted within 90 days of January 1, 1991.
