§ 28A‑24‑4. Survival of an event; 120‑hour period not applicable.

For purposes of a governinginstrument that requires survival of an event, other than the death of anotherindividual, the 120‑hour survivorship requirement of this Article doesnot apply. (1947,c. 1016, s. 4; 1973, c. 1329, s. 3; 2007‑132, s. 1.)
