§ 31-14. Clerk to notify legatees and devisees of probate of wills.

§31‑14.  Clerk to notify legatees and devisees of probate of wills.

The clerks of the superiorcourt of the State are hereby required and directed to notify by mail, alllegatees and devisees whose addresses are known, designated in wills filed forprobate in their respective counties. All expense incident to such notificationshall be deemed a proper charge in the administration of the respectiveestates. (1933, c. 133.)
