§32A‑26.  Health care power of attorney and declaration of desire fornatural death.

A health care power ofattorney meeting the requirements of this Article may be combined with orincorporated into a Declaration of A Desire For A Natural Death which meets therequirements of Article 23 of Chapter 90 of the General Statutes.  (1991,c. 639, s. 1.)
