§35A‑1216.  Rule‑making power of Secretary of Health and HumanServices.

The Secretary of theDepartment of Health and Human Services shall adopt rules concerning theguardianship responsibilities of disinterested public agents. The rules shallprovide, among other things, that disinterested public agents shall undertakeor have received training concerning the powers and responsibilities ofguardians.
