§ 35A-1325. Advancements to be equal; accounted for on death.

§35A‑1325.  Advancements to be equal; accounted for on death.

The clerk, in ordering suchadvancements, shall, as far as practicable, so order the same as that, on thedeath of the incompetent person, his estate shall be distributed among hisdistributees in the same equal manner as if the advancements had been made bythe person himself; and on his death every sum advanced to a child orgrandchild shall be an advancement, and shall bear interest from the time itmay be received.
