§40A‑12.  Additional rules.

Where the procedure forconducting an action under this Chapter is not expressly provided for in thisChapter or by the statutes governing civil procedure, or where the civilprocedure statutes are inapplicable, the judge before whom such proceeding maybe pending shall have the power to make all the necessary orders and rules ofprocedure necessary to carry into effect the object and intent of this Chapter.The practice in each case shall conform as near as may be to the practice inother civil actions.
