§42‑21.  Tenant's crop not subject to execution against landlord.

Whenever servants and laborersin agriculture shall by their contracts, oral or written, be entitled, forwages, to a part of the crops cultivated by them, such part shall not besubject to sale under executions against their employers, or the owners of theland cultivated. (Code, s. 1796; Rev., s. 1998; C.S., s. 2361.)
