§ 42‑75.  Cumulativeremedies.

The causes of action andremedies authorized by this Article shall be cumulative with each other andshall be in addition to, not in lieu of, any other causes of action or remedieswhich may be available at law or equity, including causes of action andremedies based on express provisions of the lease not contrary to this Article.(1995, c. 419, s. 1.)
