§44‑68.17.  Liens and notices filed before August 1, 1990.

All liens, notices,certificates, releases and refilings filed before August 1, 1990, to which thisArticle would otherwise apply if such filing occurred on or after August 1,1990, and any indexes pertaining thereto, shall be transferred to andmaintained in the office in which such filing would have been made had thefiling occurred on or after August 1, 1990.
