§ 44A‑22.  Priority ofliens upon funds.

Liens upon funds perfectedunder this Article have priority over all other interests or claims theretoforeor thereafter created or suffered in the funds by the person against whoseinterest the lien upon funds is asserted, including, but not limited to, liensarising from garnishment, attachment, levy, judgment, assignments, securityinterests, and any other type of transfer, whether voluntary or involuntary.Any person who receives payment from an obligor in bad faith with knowledge ofa lien upon funds shall take such payment subject to the lien upon funds.
