§45‑20.  Sales by mortgagees and trustees confirmed.

All sales of real propertymade prior to February 10, 1905, by mortgagees and trustees under powers ofsale contained in any mortgage or deed of trust in compliance with the powers,terms, conditions and advertisement set forth and required in any such mortgageor deed of trust, are hereby in all respects ratified and confirmed.
