§ 45-95. Severability.

§ 45‑95.  Severability.

The provisions of this Articleshall be severable, and if any phrase, clause, sentence, or provision isdeclared to be invalid or is preempted by federal law or regulation, thevalidity of the remainder of this section shall not be affected thereby. If anyprovision of this Article is declared to be inapplicable to any specificcategory, type, or kind of points and fees, the provisions of this Articleshall nonetheless continue to apply with respect to all other points and fees.
