§46‑17.1. Dedication of streets.
Upon motion of any party orthe commissioners appointed to make division, the clerk may authorize thecommissioners to propose and report the dedication of such portions of the landas are necessary as a means of access to any share, or is otherwise advisablefor public or private highways, streets or alleys, and such proposal shall beacted upon by the clerk as a part of the report and, if approved, shallconstitute a dedication. No interest of a minor or other person underdisability shall be affected thereby until such dedication is approved by ajudge of the superior court. (1969, c. 45.)
