§46‑34. Shares to persons unknown or not sui juris secured.
When a sale is made under thisChapter, and any party to the proceedings be an infant, non compos mentis,imprisoned, or beyond the limits of the State, or when the name of any tenantin common is not known, it is the duty of the court to decree the share of suchparty, in the proceeds of sale, to be so invested or settled that the same maybe secured to such party or his real representative.
