§47‑103.  Deeds probated and registered with notary's seal not affixed,validated.

Any deed conveying oraffecting real estate executed prior to January 1, 1932, and ordered registeredand recorded in the county in which the land lies prior to said date, fromwhich deed and the acknowledgment and privy examination thereof the seal of thenotary public taking the acknowledgment or privy examination of the grantor orgrantors thereof was omitted, is hereby declared to be sufficient and valid,and the probate and registration thereof are hereby in all respects validatedand confirmed to the same effect as if the seal of said notary was affixed tothe acknowledgment or privy examination thereof.
