§47‑108.  Acknowledgments before notaries under age.

All acts of notaries publicfor the State of North Carolina who were not yet 21 years of age at the time ofthe performance of such acts are hereby validated; and in every case wheredeeds or other instruments have been acknowledged before such notary public whowas not yet 21 years of age at the time of taking of said acknowledgment,  suchacknowledgment taken before such notary public is hereby declared to besufficient and valid.
