§47‑108.1.  Certain corporate deeds, etc., declared validly admitted torecord.

Deeds, conveyances and otherinstruments of writing of corporations entitled to registration, which havebeen heretofore duly executed in the manner required by law, by the properofficers of the  corporation, and which have prior to March 8, 1943, beenadmitted to registration, on the acknowledgment or proof of the properexecuting officer, in the manner required by law, shall be, and the same arehereby declared to be, in all respects validly admitted to record, althoughsuch officer at the date of such acknowledgment or proof had ceased to be anofficer of such corporation, or such corporation at the date of suchacknowledgment or proof had ceased to exist. (1943, c. 598.)
