§47‑108.17.  Validation of certain deeds where official capacity notdesignated.

In all cases where anexecutor, executrix, administrator, administratrix, guardian or commissionerhas executed a deed, deed of  trust or other instrument of conveyance permittedby law to be registered in this State and the granting clause of the instrumentsets forth the official capacity of the grantor, neither the failure toredesignate the grantor's official capacity following his or her signature northe failure to designate the official capacity of the grantor in theacknowledgment of the instrument shall invalidate the conveyance provided theinstrument is otherwise properly executed. (1973, c. 1220, s. 1.)
