§47‑108.18.  Registration of certain instruments containing a notarialjurat validated.

A notarial jurat constitutesan acknowledgment in due form for all plats or maps that have heretofore beenaccepted for filing and registration under G.S. 47‑30 as amended. No plator map heretofore accepted for filing and registration, that contains anotarial jurat instead of an acknowledgment may be held to be improperlyregistered solely for lack of a proper acknowledgment.
