§47‑108.20.  Validation of certain recorded instruments that were notacknowledged.

All instruments recordedbefore June 30, 1986, that were not reexecuted and reacknowledged and thatcorrect an obvious typographical or other minor error in a recorded instrumentthat was previously properly executed and acknowledged are declared to be validinstruments.
