§47‑32.1.  Photostatic copies of plats, etc.; alternative provisions.

In a county to which theprovisions of G.S. 47‑32 do not apply, the following alternativeprovisions shall govern photostatic copies of plats filed in specialproceedings:

In all special proceedings inwhich a plat, map or blueprint shall  be filed as a part of the papers, theclerk of the superior court may  have a photostatic copy of said plat, map orblueprint made on a sheet of the same size as the leaves in the book in whichthe special proceeding is recorded, and when made, shall place said photostaticcopy in said book at the end of the report of the commissioners or otherdocument referring to said plat, map or blueprint.
