§ 47‑47.  Defectiveorder of registration; "same" for "this instrument".

Where instruments wereadmitted to registration prior to March 2, 1905, and the clerk's order for theregistration used the word "same" in place of "thisinstrument," the said registrations are good and valid. (1905,c. 344; Rev., s. 1010; C.S., s. 3329.)
