§47‑6.  Officials may act although land or maker's residence elsewhere.

The execution of allinstruments required or permitted by law to be registered may be proved oracknowledged before any of the officials authorized by law to take probates,regardless of the county in this State in which the subject matter of theinstrument may be situated and regardless of the domicile, residence orcitizenship of the person who executes such instrument, or of the domicile,residence or citizenship of the person to whom or for whose benefit suchinstrument may be made.
