§ 47-97.1. Validation of corporate deeds containing error in acknowledgment or probate.

§47‑97.1.  Validation of corporate deeds containing error inacknowledgment or probate.

In all cases where the deed ofa corporation executed and filed for registration prior to the fifteenth day ofJune, 1947, is properly executed and properly recorded and there is error inthe acknowledgment or probate of said corporation's deed as to the name ornames of the officer or officers named therein and error as to the title ortitles of the officer or officers named therein, said deed shall be construedto be a deed of the same force and effect as if said probate or acknowledgmentwere in every way proper.
