§47A‑9. Maintenance, repair and improvements to common areas andfacilities; access to units for repairs.
The necessary work ofmaintenance, repair, and replacement of the common areas and facilities and themaking of any additions or improvements thereto shall be carried out only asprovided herein and in the bylaws. The association of unit owners shall havethe irrevocable right, to be exercised by the manager or board of directors, orother managing body as provided in the bylaws, to have access to each unit fromtime to time during reasonable hours as may be necessary for the maintenance,repair or replacement of any of the common areas and facilities therein oraccessible therefrom, or for making emergency repairs therein necessary toprevent damage to the common areas and facilities or to another unit or units.
