§47B‑7.  Limitations of actions and recording acts.

Nothing contained in thisChapter shall be construed to extend the period for the bringing of an actionor for the doing of any other required act under the statutes of limitations,nor, except as herein specifically provided, to affect the operation of anystatutes governing the effect of the registering or the failure to register anyinstrument affecting real property.
