§ 47C‑4‑118. Labeling of promotional material.

If any improvement contemplated in a condominium is labeled "NEEDNOT BE BUILT" on a plat or plan, or is to be located within a portion ofthe condominium with respect to which the declarant has reserved a developmentright, no promotional material may be displayed or delivered to prospectivepurchasers which describes or portrays that improvement unless the descriptionor portrayal of the improvement in the promotional material is conspicuouslylabeled or identified as "NEED NOT BE BUILT".
