§ 47F‑2‑101. Creation of the planned community.

A declaration creating aplanned community shall be executed in the same manner as a deed, shall berecorded in every county in which any portion of the planned community islocated, and shall be indexed in the Grantee index in the name of the plannedcommunity and the association and in the Grantor index in the name of eachperson executing the declaration.
