§50‑17.  Alimony in real estate, writ of possession issued.

In all cases in which thecourt grants alimony by the assignment of real estate, the court has power toissue a writ of possession when necessary in the judgment of the court to doso. (1868‑ 9, c. 123, s. 1; Code, s. 1293; Rev., s. 1568; C.S., s.1668.)
