§ 50‑70.  Collaborativelaw.

As an alternative to judicialdisposition of issues arising in a civil action under this Article, except fora claim for absolute divorce, on a written agreement of the parties and theirattorneys, a civil action may be conducted under collaborative law proceduresas set forth in this Article.
