§ 50A‑307.  Simultaneousproceedings.

If a proceeding forenforcement under this Part is commenced in a court of this State and the courtdetermines that a proceeding to modify the determination is pending in a courtof another state having jurisdiction to modify the determination under Part 2,the enforcing court shall immediately communicate with the modifying court. Theproceeding for enforcement continues unless the enforcing court, afterconsultation with the modifying court, stays or dismisses the proceeding. (1999‑223,s. 3.)
