§ 50A‑313.  Recognitionand enforcement.

A court of this State shallaccord full faith and credit to an order issued by another state and consistentwith this Article which enforces a child‑custody determination by a courtof another state unless the order has been vacated, stayed, or modified by acourt having jurisdiction to do so under Part 2.
