§ 50B‑4.2.  Falsestatement regarding protective order a misdemeanor.

A person who knowingly makes afalse statement to a law enforcement agency or officer that a protective orderentered pursuant to this Chapter or by the courts of another state or Indiantribe remains in effect shall be guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. (1999‑23,s. 5.)
