§53‑130.  Making false entries in banking accounts; misrepresenting assetsand liabilities of banks.

If any person shall willfullyand knowingly subscribe to, or make, or cause to be made, any false statementor false entry in the books of any bank, or shall knowingly subscribe to orexhibit false papers, with intent to deceive any person authorized to examineinto the affairs of such bank, or shall willfully and knowingly make, state orpublish any false statement of the amount of the assets or liabilities of anybank, he shall be guilty of a Class H felony.
