§ 53-170. Locations; change of ownership or management.

§53‑170.  Locations; change of ownership or management.

(a)        Business Location.– A licensee may conduct and carry on his business only at such location orlocations as may be approved by the Commissioner of Banks, and no changes shallbe made from one location to another without the approval of the Commissioner.

(b)        Additional Placesof Business. – Not more than one place of business shall be maintained underthe same license, but the Commissioner may issue more than one license to thesame licensee upon compliance with all the provisions of this Article governingissuance of a single license.

(c)        Change of Location,Ownership or Management. – If any change occurs in the name and address of thelicensee or of the president, secretary or agent of a corporation, or in themembership of any partnership under said sections, a true and full statement ofsuch change, sworn to in the manner required by this Article in the case of theoriginal application, shall forthwith be filed with the Commissioner.
