§53‑30.  Registration of final order.

The final order of appointmentof such new trustees shall be certified by the clerk of the superior court inwhich such order is entered and shall be recorded in the office of the registerof deeds in the county or counties in which the instrument under which suchappointment has been made is recorded, and a minute of the same shall beentered by the register of deeds on the margin of the record where saidoriginal instrument is recorded.
