§ 53‑300.  Noapplication to other currency alteration.

In circumstances of currencyalteration other than the introduction of the euro, this Article shall not beinterpreted as creating any negative inference or negative presumptionregarding the validity or enforceability of contracts, securities, orinstruments denominated in whole or in part in a currency affected by thatalteration.
