§ 53‑307.  Trustbusiness of foreign trust institution.

A foreign trust institutionthat establishes or acquires and maintains one or more trust offices in thisState under the provisions of this Part may, subject to the provisions of thisPart, also establish or acquire one or more representative trust offices andconduct any activity through the trust offices or representative trust officesthat a State trust company is authorized to conduct through trust offices orrepresentative trust offices under the laws of this State.
