§ 53‑310.  Offices ofState trust companies.

(a)        A State trustcompany may engage in trust business or trust marketing through its principaloffice and through each trust office as permitted by this Part.

(b)        A State trustcompany may engage in trust marketing through a representative trust office aspermitted by this Part.

(c)        A State trustcompany may engage in trust business and trust marketing through out‑of‑statetrust offices or representative trust offices to the same extent permitted fortrust institutions located in the host state through which those out‑of‑statetrust offices or representative trust offices are located, subject to the lawsof this State and as provided by rules, orders, or declaratory rulings of theCommissioner.
