§ 53‑334.  Notice andinvestigation of charter application.

(a)        The Commissionershall notify the organizers when the application is complete and accepted forfiling and all required fees have been paid.

(b)        The Commissionershall investigate the application and inquire into the identity and characterof each proposed director, officer, and principal shareholder. Notwithstandingany laws to the contrary, information in the application bearing on thecharacter, or information about the personal finances, of an existing orproposed organizer, officer, director, or shareholder is confidential and notsubject to public disclosure.
