§ 53‑339.  Applicationof laws relating to general business corporations.

Chapter 55 of the GeneralStatutes applies to a State trust company to the extent not inconsistent withthis Article. Except for the filing of annual reports and statement of change ofregistered agent or registered office, unless expressly authorized by thisArticle or a rule adopted by the Commission, a State trust company shall nottake an action authorized by Chapter 55 of the General Statutes that requires afiling with the Secretary of State without first obtaining the approval of theCommissioner.
