§ 53‑345.  Engaging incommerce prohibited.

Except as otherwise providedby this Part, or by rules, orders, or declaratory rulings of the Commissioner,a State trust company shall not engage in trade or commerce by buying, selling,or otherwise dealing in goods, or by conducting business other than trustbusiness and trust marketing, except as necessary to fulfill a fiduciaryobligation to a client.
