§ 53‑353.  Requiredboard meetings.

The board of directors of aState trust company shall hold at least one regular meeting each quarter. Ateach regular meeting, the board shall review and approve, or disapprove andcorrect, the minutes of the prior meeting and review the operations,activities, and financial condition of the State trust company. The board maydesignate committees from among its members to perform these duties and approveor disapprove the committees' reports at each regular meeting. All materialactions of the board shall be recorded in its minutes. (2001‑263, s. 1.)
