§ 53‑367.  Commissionershall have supervision over authorized trust institutions and shall examine.

Every authorized trustinstitution shall be under the supervision of the Commissioner. TheCommissioner may periodically examine and require reports from authorized trustinstitutions, and shall execute and enforce, through examiners and any otheragents as are now or may hereafter be created or appointed, all laws and allrules, orders, and declaratory rulings relating to authorized trustinstitutions. All authorized trust institutions shall conduct their business ina manner consistent with all laws and all rules, orders, and declaratoryrulings that may be adopted or issued by the Commissioner relating toauthorized trust institutions.
