§ 53‑370.  Notice andopportunity for hearing.

Consistent with Chapter 150Bof the General Statutes, notice and opportunity for hearing shall be providedbefore the Commissioner may act under the provisions of this Subpart. In casesinvolving extraordinary circumstances requiring immediate action, however, theCommissioner may take action without a hearing, but shall promptly afford asubsequent hearing upon request to rescind the action taken.
