§ 53‑385.  Inventory.

Within 90 days after thefiling of a notice described in G.S. 53‑279, the Commissioner shall filean inventory of the assets and liabilities, not including assets andliabilities held in accounts of the State trust company, of the State trustcompany. A copy of the inventory shall be filed with the clerk of the superiorcourt of the county in which the action is pending, and a copy shall be kept onfile with the State trust company. The inventory shall be open for inspectionduring usual business hours, provided that nothing herein shall require theState trust company to remain open unnecessarily. (2001‑263, s. 1.)
