§ 53-394. Annual report of the Commissioner; items included; reports of condition of State trust companies. - North Carolina Statutes

§ 53‑394.  Annual reportof the Commissioner; items included; reports of condition of State trustcompanies.

(a)        The Commissionershall file, as a part of an annual report to the Governor, a list of the namesof any State trust companies of which possession was taken and liquidated inthe preceding year, the sum of unclaimed assets with respect to each Statetrust company, and all depositories of all sums coming into the hands of theCommissioner under the provisions of this Part.

(b)        The Commissionershall, from time to time, compile and make available for public inspectionreports showing the condition of State trust companies. (2001‑263, s. 1.)
